Portland Museum of Art To Feature New Documentary on Cell Phone and Wireless Hazards
Sunday, March 7th – 2:00 p.m., 7 Congress Square, Portland, ME -Don’t miss this opportunity to view the award-winning new documentary, FULL SIGNAL, on the subject of the health hazards of cell phones and wireless technologies. Directed by former CBS News Producer,Talal Jabari, the film takes us around the world to see the desperation of people whose lives and health have been impacted and who are fighting to bring health consciousness to the telecommunications industry and to everyday cell phone behavior. Learn about the wide range of illnesses, such as brain tumors, associated with exposures to microwave radiation from cell phones; the special vulnerabilities of children, pregnant women and fertile men; and about the growing global battle between telecom industry commercial interests and citizens taking a stand for public health.
