Vatican Radio Transmitters Pose Cancer Risk
A report ordered by Italian courts on the possible connection between Vatican radio transmitters and childhood cancers has concluded there is a connection between the high number of childhood tumors and leukemia in children. The 300-page report was prepared by Italy’s most prestigious cancer research hospital. The 60 antennas in question are located just outside Rome and transmit Vatican radio programs around the world on medium and short wave radio. The Vatican intends to defend its position claiming there is no health threat.
