A statement issued by the Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection, a member of Int. Advisory Committee of WHO “EMF and Health”, says “Electromagnetic fields are an important biotropic factor, affecting not just a human health in general, but also the processes of the higher nervous activity, including behavior and thinking.” Radiation directly affects the human brain when people use mobile phones or are exposed to this form of radiation. Members of the Russian National Committee on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection have emphasized “ultimate urgency to defend children’s health from the influence of the EMF from mobile communication systems”.
